If I don’t do any exercise for more than 3 days, my lower back gets stiff and start hurting. So, Exercise is my priority. . . This time, I could not do exercise for 4 days. I hurt my back. I did stretch for one hour and did about 30min of Zumba dance at home straight away. . 5th day(next day) which is today, I could go back to gym. . “Oh you look fine” . . There is a remaining pain. . But I’ve been living with weak lower back for 21 years. I just know how to minimize the damage. . Do stretch and Zumba. That’s my answer. . . Zumba has been my savior. . . Health comes first. Any other things can wait. .
