We regret to inform you that AirAsiaX flight XJ606 scheduled to depart from Bangkok (DMK) to Narita (NRT) on Thursday,March 12,2020 has been cancelled due to recent health situation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we would like to offer you the following service recovery options:
1.Move flight: One-time flight change to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days of the original flight time without additional cost, subject to seat availability.
Contact us via our Customer Contact Channels with your new flight details (date and time)
2. Credit Account: Request for a Credit Account of the value of your booking which is to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your future travel with us. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our schedule is out.
For Credit Account, visit support airasia.comand select "Chat with AVA". Once the AVA chat window opens, select "Refund" from the menu followed by "New Refund Request" and complete the fields as directed by AVA.
3. Full refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking in the form of the original payment.
For refunds, visit support airasia.com and select "Chat with AVA". Once the AVA chat window opens, select "Refund from the menu followed by "New Refund Request" and complete the fields as directed by AVA.
For Credit account and Full refund for bookings made and paid through a travel agent or third party, kindly contact the travel agent directly.
For hotel booking, the payment made will be refunded to you and your hotel booking will be cancelled. Services for re-booking at the same or at another hotel is not available.
Please note, refund will only be made in the event the flight has been rescheduled or changed to another day. Passengers may also be offered a refund or credit account at the sole discretion of AirAsia.com for flights that has been rescheduled to a different time on the same day.
To request for your flight and hotel refund, please visit support.airasia.com and select “Chat with AVA”. Once the AVA chat window opens, select "Hotel Booking" then “Refund” from the menu followed by “New Refund Request” and complete the required fields as directed by AVA, or alternatively you may select the hotel in the main menu and connect with one of our Allstars for the hotel refund only.
