When I conducted a business training, I had a pain in
my throat. After a while, I was not able to make sounds
clearly.

The sore throat has been troubling me even now.
My voice is still husky.

I wonder I didn’t make sounds correctly.
I will go to voice training to learn the right way to
make sounds,

Princess Aiko is the daughter of the Emperor and Empress.
She graduated from the Gakushuin University and
joined the Japanese Red Cross Society this April.

She will try to work as a staff member of the organization
and carry out some official duties as a Princess.

There are two kinds of mindset.
One is the ‘Fixed mindset’. Another one is the ‘Growth mindset’.

People who have a fixed mindset think that your ability is limited.
You don’t try to do new things.

People who have a growth mindset believe that you can grow more.
You try new things and learn from the experience.

I hope to continue to have a growth mindset forever.

My client submitted some documents to an organization.
There was an incorrect figure on a document.

A person in charge of checking documents pointed it out.
My client asked how wrong it was, but he didn’t tell him
about it. He just said, ‘See the manual.’

I thought he was an unkind person or the organization was
unkind. It’s bureaucratic.

for new employees of several companies in April.

One of the topics is ‘Appearance’.
We should give a good first impression to others.

Yesterday, I went to a hairdresser to have my hair cut.
I will show my good appearance in front of new employees
as a senior business person.
