I'm doing well.
さて、先日我が家の愛娘、めいが4ヶ月になり、うつ伏せから仰向けへの寝返りができるようになったと書きました。
A couple of articles ago, I wrote that our loving daughter, May-chan, turned 4 months and she made her first rollover from tummy to back.
実はそのすぐ後の4月8日、ついに仰向けからうつ伏せへの寝返りができるようになりました。
April 8th, shortly after that article, she actually succeded her first from back to tummy rollover!
残念な事に、記念すべき初めてと2回目の寝返りは見逃しちゃったんです。
Unfortunately, I didn't witness the very memorable first and second ones.
というのも、4月8日の夕方、洗濯をしようとめいを仰向けに寝かせたまま、ちょっと地下のランドリールームに行って帰ってきたら。。。
Well, in the evening of April 8th, I put May-chan on her back on the floor and went downstairs to do some laundry, and when I came back and saw her,
「あれ、うつ伏せになってる！！！」
"Wait a second! She's on tummy!!"
一瞬、「あれ、私、うつ伏せで寝かせて離れたっけ？」と頭が混乱したんですが、「いやいや、そんな事は絶対ない、確かに仰向けで寝かせて行ったはず！」と、めいが一人で寝返りした事を確信しました。
For a moment I was a little confused, "What? Did I put her on tummy?" but I was certain, "No no, I bet I put her on her back!!" and reached this conclusion, "Yeah, she just made her first back to tummy rollover!!"
その日はそれだけで終わったんですが、次の日の朝、「もう、寝返りができるはずだから、次こそは見逃さないようにしないと！！」と気を付けていたんですが、おむつを換えてから、ミルクを温めるのに20秒くらい離れて戻ってきたら。。。
That's all for the day, but in the next morning, I was thinking, "Yeah, she can rollover by herself now, so I gotta try not to miss it next!!" Though, when I chenged her daiper and went to warm up some milk for her and came back,
「え、またうつ伏せになってる！！！」
"Gosh! SHe's on tummy again!!!"
なので、Hit-chan、今度こそは見逃すまいとカメラを構えて待つことにしました。
So, I decided to just wait for the moment with my camera in my hands.
で、とうとうこの目で見る事ができました！
Then, I finally could catch it!!
4/9/19 The First Rollover from back to tummy（寝返り成功）Hit-chanの親ばか声が入っていますが、ご了承ください。(笑)
Please ignore my over-fond mother voice. Haha.
この日から、特におむつを換える時によく寝返りをするようになりました。
Since this day, May-chan has made rollovers very often when I change her diaper.
面白いのが、寝返りが成功すると毎回すっごく嬉しそうな顔をするんです。ちゃんと達成感を感じてるんだなぁ。
What's very interesting is that she makes a big smile every time she succeeded. I'm sure that she already feels sense of accomplishment.
が、ずっとうつ伏せでいると疲れるみたいで、疲れたらこんな顔になります。
She's surely getting stronger, but she still gets tired when she's on tummy for a while and makes this face.
最近はうつ伏せになると、前まではしなかった足を動かす事をします。
Lately, she started moving her legs very actively when she's on tummy, which she didn't before.
ハイハイの練習が既に始まっているんだなぁと感心してます。
I assume that she already starts prcticing to crawl now.
という訳で、着々と成長してくれている我が家のめいでございます！
Anyways, I just wanted to share another memorable moment about our daughter, May-chan, again! Thanks for reading!!

やっぱりめいちゃん、ママに似て運動神経よさそう！
うちの子は最近めっきり寝返りしなくなっちゃいました（笑）母（私のことね）のドンくさいとこ似ちゃってませんように…(＞人＜;)
