Hello there!

How's your life treating you?

Hit-chan
Mine is spoiling me as always.

Today, I want to share my recent miscellaneous news here.

First off, I received a package from my high school friend, Haruka-san, in Japan.

Yeah, Japanese wrapping is great, isn't it?

When I opened the well wrapped box...,

there's a gift for May-chan. May-chan's name is embroidered on it. You don't know what it is?

It's actually a poncho style towel.

She gave me a heart-warming message too.

I didn't share here, but not only Haruka-san but also many other of my friends gave us a gift for May-chan's birth.

Of course, I personally said thank you to every one of them, but again, thank you everyone for thinking of us in MN!!
(Fuji-san, D-san, Teruko-chan, A-san in Japan and Sat-chan in CA, thank you so much again.)

All the warm gifts made me feel that my friends and family have given me more than a favor I can return.

Speaking of a package from Japan, my sister1, Switch, shipped me what I asked her to.

These are plastic sheets. A kind of stationary.

The other day, I ran into thing which made me feel like, "Oh, I want a plastic sheet!" and tried to find it on Amazon.

I even didn't know what to call it in English and just randomly tried to search by plastic sheet or plastic mat. Anyways, I hardly found them.

So, I came up with this idea, "Oh, Japan is a big stationary country, so why don't I ask my family to send me some??" Then, my sister, Switch, kindly did me the favor.

When I talked to her about it, she said that there are 2 sizes in general and asked me which size I wanted. I actually had no idea and took some time to decided, but Switch and I ended up coming to the perfect conclusion, "Oh, why don't you send me both??"

I put them on these 2 notebooks that I had at home and figured out that it was a smart decision to have Switch get me both sizes.

When I said to Switch, "Sorry for taking your time.", she answered, "No problem! I like stationary and this doesn't bother me at all!" Yeah, I'm so lucky to have such a sweet sister.

I'm so blessed to have a family who's always willing to help me anytime.

Okay, here's the last topic. I wrote that we visited Andy's office here the other day.

This is a little bit related to that about Andy's co-worker Tracy. She and her husband recently moved to a farm and they owe a lot of animals there.

"What?! Turkey eggs??" You might get freaked out, but Tracy said, "They're actually creamer than chicken eggs."

These are the eggs from Tracy's farm. Chicken eggs on the left and Turkey eggs on the right. Turkey eggs are a little bigger than chicken eggs.

Then, I made hard-boiled eggs with them since I thought that you can taste the flavor the most.

This is a Turkey egg.

As you can see, Turkey eggs look really similar to chicken eggs, and the flavors are also quite same. So, if you eat Turkey eggs without knowing, you would probably think that they're chicken eggs.

Just like Tracy said, the York was so creamy and delicious.

Though, they're going to be the last ones that we can buy from Tracy.

Because..., Tracy's husband already picked all the Turkey at the farm. LOL

Anyways, thanks to Tracy, we could try the delicious eggs which we wouldn't have tried by ourselves.
