 ───その新しい世界は、われわれ人間自らの努力によって実現しなければならないはずなのに、なぜその基盤作りがそちらの世界で行われたのでしょうか。 

　「あなた方の世界は影です。光はこちらから出ているのです。あなた方は、こちらで建てられてプランを地上で実行し実現させていきつつあるところです。オリジナルの仕事───と呼ぶのが適切か否かは別として───は全てこちらで行われます。

なぜなら全てのエネルギー、全ての原動力は物質から出るのではなくて、霊から出るのです。みなさんは、意識するしないに関係なく、霊力の道具なのです。受信と送信をする道具なのです。霊的影響力をどこまで受けとめられるかによって、成功するしないが決まるのです」


───ということは、結局、そちらからの援助をえて私たちが努力することから新しい世界が生まれるということでしょうか。

　「その通りです。何ごとも人間の力だけでは成就し得ません。人間が何かを始める時、そこには必ずこちらからの援助が加味されます。私たちは常に道具を探し求めております。

人間の方から霊力の波長に合わせる努力をしていただかねばなりません。完ぺきは決して望めません。常に困難を克服し邪魔を排除する仕事は永遠に続きます」


───私たち自身の努力で地上に新しい世界を招来しなければならないわけですね？

　「努力してはじめて得られるのです。私から申し上げられることは、神の計画の一部として成就しなければならないことは、すでに決まっている───が、それがいつ実現されるかは、あなた方人間の努力次第ということです。計画はできているのです。

しかし、その計画は自動的に実現されるわけではありません。それはあなた方人間の自由意思に任されております。人間は自由意思を持った協力者です。ロボットでも操り人形でもありません。宇宙の大霊の一部なのです」


───新しい世界が来るとおっしゃっても、私たちにはそれらしい兆候は見当たらいのですが・・・・・・

　「古い秩序が崩壊していくのと同じ速さで、新しい秩序が生まれます。現にその目でご覧になったばかりではありませんか。大帝国がくずれさりました。お金の力が絶対ではなくなりました。

利己主義では割に合わないことが証明されました．戦争体験によって、普通の一般男女の力の本当の価値が証明されました。

　どうか、この私に〝進歩が見られない〟などとおっしゃらないでいただきたい。

教訓ならあなた方の目の前にいくらでもあります。別に、霊眼は必要ではありません。肉眼で見えるところにあります。これほど切実な体験をした現代の人々に、新しい世界が訪れて当然です。

もしもその恩恵に浴せないとしたら、その人はまだまだ内部の霊的な力を使用するまでに至っていないことを意味します。それだけの努力をした人々は、その犠牲と引き換えに恩恵を受けておられます。

　私はそれが機械的なプロセスで与えられると申しているのではありません。皆さんにやっていただかねばならない仕事があります。それは、一方では霊的知識を広め、他方では古い権力構造の面影に貪欲にしがみついている、因襲的既得権に対して、あくなき闘いを挑む事です」
