Overview:
Conformal coating materials with a viscosity of 200 to ３000 centipoise＊ can be applied at high speed by using a new nozzle (patent pending) and selective coating that forms a liquid film coating pattern.
As a result, it is possible to coat solvent-free silicone, UV-based materials, etc. at a coating speed that is more than double that of conventional two-fluid sprays.
