先日のFRaUのWEB記事でも、「日々何かをやり遂げるように」って言っていたけど・・・
In the interview by FRaU, Yuzu also mentioned "accomplish something everyday". .
この、達成感を味わう生活、これって・・・ってか、
これまた結弦君、さらりんとおっしゃってまするが、この発想って、すごくない？
だって、日々、何かをするだけでも、って、意志をもって何かをするというより、なんか流されるように、何かをしていない？
それを1つ1つ、目標を持たせる、これは、それぞれの自分の行動の意味をまず考えることから始まるはず、なんでこれをするのか、何のためにするのか。
そして、だから、この状態になるようにって目標をもって、行動を起こす。
達成感を味わうってことは、その瞬間に、自分の行動が自分が想定した通り、もしくはそれ以上だったと評価をしているわけでしょ、ってことは、1つ1つ、必ず目的を考え、そして行動の自己評価をしているということよ。
何というこだわり！！！
この日々の行動が、結弦君のスケートの練習、準備の土台になっている？
それとも、スケートの練習、準備の習慣を日々の行動に取り入れている？
鶏と卵の迷走にサラの妄想が入り込みました！
Well, feeling accomplishment in daily activities, well, Yuzu mentioned so easily though, just think about our daily life. . .
Well, in case of Sarah, she does because she has to do,
without thinking its purpose nor goal at all.
Setting a goal of an acitivity, first you should think what is a purpose of it,
why you will do it, etc. . .
And to feel accomplishment, you should evaluate your activity, whether you did what you planned or not.
Daily, Yuzu think about purposes of his activities,
then set goals and evaluate his own actions.
What a guy!!!!
By the way, Yuzu, did you decided to apply your daily routines
to your skating practice?
or you do your paractice in such manner
so that you decided to apply it to your daily life?
Whatever. . . !!
