English Title: A geopolitics study report addressed to all Earthlings from Mars

You might be wondering, why does a Martian want to delve into the geopolitics quagmire on Earth? To be honest with you, I just can because former US President Trump said: "if you are a stable genius and a Martian, then they'll let you do anything, like, grab them by the pussy." Wait, how is this relevant? Because, as a Martian and real stable genius, contrary to Trump's fake one, "all I can see is nice pussies" in a geopolitics study report about the Earth. One, two, hell, I cant help but to write it, no kidding! If a pussy grabber can be a US President, then you definitely should do crazy stuff like reading a study report about Earth geopolitics by a Martian. From now on, no more kidding, I promise.

I bet that you don't know that Americans have killed directly or indirectly some 6 millions people in the "war on terror", mostly Muslims (the M family, that makes me, a Martian, angry, ;- ), since 9/11/2001, about the same number killed in the Jew genocide. I bet that even if you knew it, you would not do anything about it. I bet you must have seen lots of the hypes from Americans about Uyghur genocide by China in the last 2-3 years, which till now has shown almost nothing to substantiate it, but shoddy evidences, distortions and exaggerations, so now it is fading away like a failed smearing campaign. And even if the charges were justified, however, the seriousness, cruelty and scope of the alleged "genocide" are still dwarfed so much by those of the wars by US. I bet you did nothing as if it were no big deal when you learned that Americans actually used a fabricated WMD evidence and fabricated genocide charge to have militarily crashed a country: Iraq.

Based on what dare I bet? Because, you are now living on earth where US is the news media, the SNS, the law maker, the judge, the police, the banking system, and many more controlling elements of the world. The world news media and public opinion is largely controlled by Americans. As far as I know, significant shares of many major media companies of Japan, Australia, Canada, UK etc., are in the hands of Americans. And these western news media, in turns, are the most influential news media on earth. You bet that you are fed with narratives with US national interests in mind. Most of the people in western countries are brainwashed, more or less, and unknowingly. I'm not derogating anyone, because brainwash is inescapable even for a Martian if he is fed with narratives from a single side constantly. Even if we were informed the gruesome things committed by US, we would have to choose to do nothing about it, because US is also the judge. And the police, well I guess you know that the military spending of US is bigger than the combined sum of next 12 countries in the world, so who is there to enforce a ruling against US national interests? Day by day, year by year, we have even become accustomed to not questioning and not challenging USA.

Perhaps the above things do not concern you much. How about the illegal US sanctions on Iran that deny everyone in the world, including you, the right to buy cheaper Iranian oil? or the right of Iranian people to get food and medicine by selling their oil? How about the refugee flood to your country (assuming you are in EU.) that has been caused by wars waged by US on the Muslims? Are you fed up with the refugees? Then don't blame the refugees, blame the true culprit: USA. How do you feel that US is hindering Germans' right to get cheaper gas from Russia by sanctioning the companies involved in the Nord Stream 2 project? I guess you know that Americans have used the coercive government power of a global hegemony and disinformation of its powerful propaganda machine, to oppress Huawei on the ground of national security, denying your country's right to choose freely, so as to keep it fixated at US equipment notorious for spying, like the "PRISM" and many more,  but do you know that many industries of its allies have been treated equally as bad on the same ground, like the Japanese semiconductor industry?

Has it ever occurred to you that, by escalating the confrontations with China and Russia, US has a lot to gain, e.g. more arms sales, more leverages in all kinds of affairs with the allies, maybe the tension with Russia and China is deliberately maintained, so the Russia and China threat can be exaggerated or amplified to a certain degree, US doctrine can then be smoothly brainwashed into the minds of the allied countries. I suspect that both the allies of US and the other side: China and Russia, are all scripted by US, each playing out respective role according to Americans' premeditated scripts. For example, when Canada arrested Meng Wanzhou on request of US, it can be predicted with certainty that China will retaliate on Canada, thus, the relationship between the two will go sour. The Canadians found out it has suffered many losses from this incident, "Our justice system, and the federal Crown have been hoodwinked into participating in a show trial and shakedown, against our own national interests and risking our citizens." The final result is, US has gained more leverage on Canada and China is more contained. Actually I believe this is a standardized pattern in the package of US diplomatic gimmicks and this pattern has been observed to have been used repeatedly in many other circumstances. The entire world is played by USA.

Do you feel that Russia and China are threat to the world and/or to your countries? But why have those many small, weak, isolated countries along the border of the two stood unscathed for so many years? While Americans are advocating the threat that China wants to dominate the whole world, US itself is the news media, the SNS, the law maker, the judge, the police, the banking system, and many more controlling elements of the world, and it is strengthening its grip on these on every day of every year. Even if China were planning to become a hegemony or dominator of the world as accused by Americans, even if China could succeed, it is still much more important to contain the current hegemony who is bullying the world and actually strengthening its grip of the world day by day, than to contain a hypothetic future hegemony. Why? simple, because US already has huge advantages over all others, we need to stop the world from sliding into further lopsided state! If someday, the world need to unite together to contain China or Russia, then wait until it became the #1 superpower.

Actually, even prominent American thinkers believe that China does not have much chance to become the new world dominator. Frum calls China paper dragon, I think China is hedgehog (reactive and local) and bogeyman (a faked threat). Hedgehog is what it is, bogeyman is the role Americans want to give it. If you are a true believer in the superiority of western democracy, then you should be with me on this.

The bogeyman is the most effective diplomatic gimmick. Americans politicians are using the bogeymen (China and Russia) as an excuse to stir up international tensions. US has been leading its allies and doing frequent military exercises in close proximity of the two. There is a real risk of escalation sparking a wider conflict inadvertently due to this. And don't you mind, that, in the case of real war, it is the frontline countries, rather than US, that suffer the first and the most damages from the war?

Unlike the Trump administration whose slogan is America First, the Biden administration now has some new pet phrases, "common value" is one of those. So may you think that Trump is devil and Biden is angel? No, they are all for America interests, just different approaches. "Common value" is just a tool for Americans to gain more leverage of the allied countries. Democracy, human rights, these common value have always been circumstantial in America foreign relationship business, the only invariant hinge is always American national interests. Here I assume that you don't need me to enumerate all the incidents that reveal the American hypocrisy. For one, the US version of human rights certainly does not apply to the Palestinians, the 6 millions Muslims killed and the tens of millions who were forced to flee from homes and become refugees in American wars on terror.

Talking about democracy, I suppose you believe in it, me two. One reason that dictatorship is bad, is because there is some greediness intrinsic in human nature, so the dictators will grab more and more from the common people, and this will make their life more and more miserable, and in the end, a catastrophic explosive insurrection. By analogy, I want to expand democracy from the individual people realm into the country realm. How do you think? Can I get a "me too" from you on this?

If I tell you that, all the people on earth, except Americans, are being boiled like a frog in warm water by U.S., you probably would sniff at me. But, at every moment around the clock, boatloads of goods and service are shipped from all around the world to US ports, unloading petroleum, clothing, computers, furnitures, mobile phones and everything you name it, in exchange for kiting cheques with various US$ values printed on them. The total US annual trade deficit, i.e. the sum of those kiting cheques in a year, is about US$500 billion. The US total military spending, is about US$ 750 billion, more than the combined sum of next 12 countries. But 67% of the burden can be shifted to the rest of the world through US trade deficit. So, the deal is, the world supplies US with huge amount of material wealth, so US can bully, kill, bomb, and nuke around the world with unmatchable military power, and as a return, the world get a kiting cheque of US$ 500 billion. This process has been repeated year by year. The accumulative US trade deficit up to now is above US$10 trillions. Americans are never going to really pay back this huge debt, since that would require US to have a trade surplus at US$ 500 billion for 20 years, apparently that is never going to happen. So I properly used the word "Kiting Cheque". The US is like a gigantic leech, sucking huge amount of blood from the world economy.

Developed countries who do not have much trade surplus with US, i.e. not blood-sucked much by US, such as Japan, are still at a great disadvantage in the global competition, because Americans can have more fund to out-bid against any one for the best things on earth, whether it be company, technology or talents, and then use monopoly to achieve winner-take-all. The world is screwed by US because it's in a system designed by US.

Well, that is still far from the whole story. The master of bankruptcy Trump had made the per-year US budget deficit (the newly printed US$ per year.) to soar up to US$1 trillion, Biden has added even more moment on top of this. This speed-up of US$ printing has 3 effects, 1, It will cause global inflation, which in turn will cause the US$ currency reserve of various countries to reduce in true value, so there is an aggravated stealing by US. 2. It will cause the US trade deficit to rise accordingly, thus the speed-up of blood-sucking by US accordingly. 3. The US$ will flood to the world in greater speed as US trade deficit rises up. Its accumulated trade deficit is destined to climb up US$ 20, 30, 40 trillions...in successively shorter time spans. The dollar's percentage in the total money in the world is destined to grow, so the global currency status of US$ strengthens, the ability for U.S. to abuse it increases, all in accelerated way. Will it one day displace all other currencies in the world, so the Bank of America become the central bank of the earth?

US printing money crazily

Why the over-issuing of US$ is such a big deal? Nowadays, government in most countries spends more money than its tax revenue, that's budget deficit, so it orders its central bank to print more money to make up the deficit. The extra money will usually be used for various public projects, the burden is also distributed on all the people in the country, through inflation. This is you pay for your own people's benefits, in addition, the budget deficit has to be approved by the parliament which you hold the voting right on them, so it's not that bad. However since US$ is the de facto global currency, so it's also valid money in every country in the world. But the right to raise US budget deficit and print more US$ belong to US government, which you have no control whatsoever. This money is only given to Americans, to cover the cost of bombings in Afghanistan, or nuclear submarines, or leisure trips of top US officials etc., but the burden (inflation etc.) is on all the people in the world, including you! In another words, for every country on earth, there is a second central bank outside its border, the US central bank. Now this bank is accelerating the money printing greatly, because Americans feel they really need more and more money, and they pretend it's none of your business. How do you feel about this?

The goal of US government is to enhance US advantages over all others, including its allies. It has invented and implemented various strategies and tactics. Actually there has formed a positive feed-back loop mechanism for Americans advantage so it is self-amplifying. One of these tool is sanction. US has rescinded its agreement with Iran and imposed illegal sanctions on Iran, so every people on earth are denied the right to buy cheaper oil from Iran, and so are the the rights of Iranian people to get food and medicines from the world for basic living. These too will be discussed in detail in my articles.

The real global threat is looming with many symptoms. We are on track to a dystopia democracy ruled by a global emperor (like Trump) with only Americans having the voting rights and where every country has to be submissive to the US empire. The world's helplessness to the recent over-issuing of US$ as de-facto global currency, the rescinding of the Iran nuclear deal and the illegal sanction on Iran by US are such examples.

I have 3 important messages for you. One, the entire world is hardly aware of the problems described here and its seriousness, so you are probably the second one (second to me) if you wake up and stand up, the fate of the world is really on a very tiny thin line. Two, the US empire is really powerful, even the German chancellor Merkel needs to be very careful when dealing with US, since she might be still under surveillance by CIA. So if you are terrified, let me fight the war alone, ;-) Three, the reward is also huge although the risk is high, the ratio of return over cost is very good. Some excerpts from it:

...

International trade is a game of give and take, all countries would like to give less and take more, you can achieve this by two ways of cheating (it's also stealing):

  • Letting your IOY (I owe you, or trade deficit) to increase forever. if your IOY can increase forever, then you are not returning back. It is like a leech sucking blood continuously from its parasite host.
  • Printing lots of new money and dispatching it to your citizens by social welfare or tax reduction etc., this is very easy and has virtually no cost. But it will cause inflation, the real value of money is then reduced, so the real worth of your country's IOYs to other countries will be reduced. For example, if the inflation rate is 50%, then you only need to export half as many goods and services to pay back your IOY.

US used both ways of cheating. The reason why US can do this is because US$ is the mostly used money in international trade, it's a de facto global currency, so US can write as many IOYs as they wish (in other words, printing as much money as they wish). This is a blood-sucking from the world economy.

...

The huge amount of IOY to the world by US is just like a huge kiting cheque, it now stands at ~US$10 trillions. To pay back this would require US to have a trade surplus at US$50 billions per year for 20 years, which is apparently never going to happen. So this is roughly the total wealth stolen from the world by US. To give you an idea of how much value US$10 trillions has, I give you a few examples. It can let you hire 5 millions top scientists at the salary of US$100K per year (for one year deficit) for 20 years (for total deficit), it can buy 1000 super aircraft carriers at US$10 billions each, or it can buy 100,000 F35 stealthy fighters at the price of US$100 millions each. So, you see that's a reason why US is so powerful and wealthy.

...

The world is already deep in US$ trap. The more money US spends, the more US dollars the countries in the world will have in their foreign exchange reserves, the more reluctant countries are to ditch US$. The stronger the US dollar's global currency position will be. The more easier for US to abuse the US dollar. The deeper the countries other than US fall into the US dollar trap. Eventually so deep that they will never be able to escape from it.

..

Alarmingly, the US recently has greatly accelerated the speed of printing new money, and it can be predicted that the speed of the whale-swallowing of global goods and services by US (i.e. its annual trade deficit, or blood-sucking) will increase accordingly. Since the master of bankruptcy Trump came into power, the per-year US budget deficit (the newly printed US$!) has soared to US$1 trillion, and in 2020 the budget deficit reached US$ 3.3 trillions. This year (2021), the US has added US$1.9 trillion in covid19 relief funds on top of its usual budget deficit. In addition, it is going to add several trillions US dollars in infrastructure fund.

...

The US$ issue is paramount strategic important for every country on Earth. No country has given enough attention and resource to this issue, perhaps because it is a very difficult and sensitive (ref. 26, US has tremendous power and influences in its ally countries) issue. So, the world is in a very perilous situation. I here remind everyone, whatever amount of attention and resource you give to this issue can be rewarded by the importance and value of this issue, and it would be easier to attack this issue with a concerted international effort.

...

Because of the blood-sucking from blood-donor countries, US gained huge competitive edge relative to all, including developed countries, mostly US's Allies, even though those are themselves not sucked much by US, which is then turned into a huge power gap over the rest of the world. US makes use of the power gap to its full advantage, so US does not only bully third world countries, it also bully developed countries, such as Japan, Germany, etc. to maximize US national interests at the expense of its Allies' national interests. There has formed a positive feed-back loop mechanism for US advantages, so it is self-amplifying and the trend can hardly be stopped.

...

The American military spending is more than the combined sum of the next 12 countries. Note money by itself has no value, it has to be backed up by real goods and services. For a country with huge budget deficit, the US$750 billions of US military spending is largely backed up by goods and services from foreign sources, or blood sucked from world economy: ~US$500 billions per year, through US trade deficit. In another words, roughly 67% of US military spending can be burdened upon the rest of the world, of which China has a share of ~50% (~US$250 billions). China's contribution to US military spending is more than China's own military spending.

...

US's military spending already exceeds the next 12 countries' combined sum. Actually, as long as the world allow US trade deficit to continue and to increase without restriction, US might be able to increase military spending and budget deficit to infinity ! American leaders always blame its trade deficit on others, but US trade deficit and budget deficit are strongly positive correlated, the US greediness is the real culprit. The reward for all the hard work and the natural resource bleeding put into the goods and service exported to US, is just some fat kiting cheques, plus ever-stronger US military power, the bullying and bombings and killings by US around the world, and an aggravating global inflation.

...

1st off, the strategy master postulates a theorem:

If a country is a clear-cut number 1 world power and has bullied other countries, then with very few exceptions, it is strategically beneficial to drag down the number 1 power, Unless the world gets united to contain it, there is a tendency for the world to slide into further lopsided state.

If a country has bullied other countries, then no matter how it tries to project itself as morally noble, it is essentially a hypocritical greedy bully. It will tend to increase its advantage by exploiting and bullying other countries, Its focused targets may be some other countries now, but when it has finished them, it will get even stronger, and your value to it is reduced, eventually its bully targets will cover all the countries. So, drag it down before it has the chance to bully you, or wait for it to bully one by one.

Data from Bank of Japan shows Japan is in huge disadvantage in global competition relative to US

https://blog.goo.ne.jp/strategymaster/e/ac13a7cfe2c82985d2e2c028a4c4215e

Abstract:

Japan's foreign trade and international investment data from the Bank of Japan reveals serious issues, 1, huge overseas asset has not brought in much benefit for Japan as it should. 2, high risk due to trusting huge national wealth to foreign countries. In contrast, the U.S. has great advantages in the utilization of other countries' goods and services relative to Japan and other countries. This advantage is obtained by abusing US$'s global currency status, and is a blood-sucking from world economy. Even countries who are not sucked themselves but can't suck as US can, such as Japan, are disadvantaged. As US speeds up the dollar printing, it is actually turning up the heat on the world, a boiled frog in warm water. This advantage forms a positive feedback loop and is self-amplifying, and will lead to more and more unbalanced world development, which in turn will pose a major global threat. The world must deal with this abusing with a sense of urgency
