ลูกค้าสามารถลงทะเบียน Pomelo Perks* ได้ฟรีเฉพาะในแอป Pomelo
สมาชิก Pomelo Perks* จะได้รับเครดิตเงินคืนจากทุกคำสั่งซื้อใน Pomelo รวมถึงในแอป เว็ปไซต์ pomelofashion.com และทุกสาขา
ลูกค้าสามารถใช้เครดิตเงินคืนได้เมื่อสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่ Pomelo บนแอป เว็ปไซต์ pomelofashion.com และทุกสาขา
เครดิตเงินคืนจะคำนวณเป็นเปอร์เซ็นต์ของยอดคำสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดหลังจากใช้ส่วนลด หักค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดส่งหรือเครดิตร้านค้าแล้ว
สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อบนแอปฯ หรือเว็ปไซต์ pomelofashion.com สมาชิก Pomelo Perks* จะได้รับเครดิตเงินคืนหลังจากได้รับสินค้าแล้ว และสำหรับออเดอร์ Tap.Try.Buy. ลูกค้าจะได้รับเครดิตเงินคืนหลังจากชำระเงินแล้ว
สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อในร้าน จะมีเวลาดำเนินการ 30 วันสำหรับการคืนเงินและสามารถแลกใช้ได้ในบัญชีของคุณ
สมาชิก Pomelo Perks* จะได้รับเงินคืนจากการคืนสินค้าบางส่วนเท่านั้น หากมีการคืนสินค้าทั้งหมด สมาชิกจะไม่ได้รับเงินคืน
ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
• หากลูกค้าทำการคืนสินค้าภายใน 30 วัน หลังจากทำการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานะการยืนยันการจัดส่งสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อทางออนไลน์ หรือสถานะการยืนยันการรับสินค้าที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อ Tap.Try.Buy) ยอด Cashback ที่ได้รับจากออเดอร์นั้นก็จะถูกลบออกจากยอดสะสม Cashback ของลูกค้า
• หากลูกค้าทำการคืนสินค้ามากกว่า 1 ครั้งใน 1 ออเดอร์ และออเดอร์นั้นมีประเภทการชำระเงินที่แตกต่างกัน เงินที่ได้รับคืนนั้นจะมาในรูปแบบของเงินสด, Cashback และ Store Credit ตามลำดับ
• หากทำการคืนสินค้าแล้ว มูลค่าของสินค้าที่ไม่ได้ทำการคืนสูงกว่ามูลค่าของ Cashback ที่ใช้สำหรับออเดอร์นั้น ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืนในรูปแบบของ Store Credit เท่านั้น

Pomelo Perks* T&Cs:
Customers can sign up for Pomelo Perks* for free, exclusively on the Pomelo app.
Pomelo Perks* members earn cashback on all Pomelo purchases, including in-app, on pomelofashion.com, and in-stores.
Cashback can only be applied on Pomelo purchases made in-app, on pomelofashion.com, and in-stores.
The cashback amount is calculated as any percentage applicable during the date of purchase, of total purchased value after discounts, vouchers, shipping fees or Store Credit have been applied. Please check terms and conditions before you proceed to checkout.
For purchases made in-app and on pomelofashion.com, Pomelo Perks* members will earn cashback after the order has been delivered or when the payment is completed for Tap.Try.Buy.
For purchases made in-store, there will be a 30 days processing time for the cashback to be applied and become redeemable in the account.
Pomelo Perks* members will earn cashback from partial returns only. If all items purchased are returned, members will not earn cashback.
RETURN POLICY T&CS:
• If a customer makes a return within 30 days of order completion (based on the delivered confirmation status for online orders or pick-up completed confirmation status for Tap.Try.Buy. orders), the value of the Cashback earned on the returned items will be removed from the customer’s Cashback balance.
• If a customer makes multiple return transactions within the same order and the original order contained multiple payment types, the refund will be issued as Cash, Cashback or Store Credit respectively.
• When making a return, if the value of the items kept exceeds the value of the Cashback redeemed for the purchase, the return will be issued as Store Credit only.
