【フードロス】と聞いて皆さんは何かわかりますでしょうか？
現在、少しずつ問題が大きくなってきている社会問題の１つです。
今回は、社会問題の１つ【フードロス】について記事にしていこうと思います。
フードロスとは？
「フードロス」とは、本来食べられるのに捨てられてしまう食品をいうのです。
環境にも悪い影響を与えてしまいます。
また、製造過程で廃棄してしまう事を食品ロスという形で別称として呼ばれる事もありますが
今回は、製造過程問わずまとめてフードロスと仮称いたします。
フードロスの内訳
食品ロスは大きく分けると下記2つに分けることが出来ます。
事業活動を伴って発生する食品ロス・・「事業系食品ロス」
各家庭から発生する食品ロス・・・・・「家庭系食品ロス」
本来食べられるのに捨てられる食品「食品ロス」の量は年間522万tになっています！
日本人の1人当たりの食品ロス量は1年で約41kgで
これは日本人1人当たりが毎日お茶碗一杯分のご飯を捨てているのと近い量になります。
家庭での廃棄率が47％、事業工程などを含めた法人系の廃棄率が53％になりますので
スーパーなどで食べきれない量を買わないようにしたり、工夫する事も大事ですが、
販売をしている業者なども含めフードロスをなくす働きをしていく必要があります。
現在では、スマートフォンやiphoneなどでもフードロスに関するアプリが
多く出ているので是非皆さんも活用してみてください。

I am going to make an article about one of the social problems [food loss] this time.
What is food loss?
"Food loss" means the food which is thrown away though it is originally eaten.
I have a bad influence on environment.
In addition, it may be called for as another name in a form called food L.A. what I abolish in a manufacturing process
I name it food loss tentatively regardless of a manufacturing process in a mass this time.

I can divide the food loss into following two when I greatly distribute it.
Food loss ..., "home system food loss" to occur from each food loss, "pro-business food loss" to occur with operation family
The quantity of the food "food loss" that is abandoned though it is eaten originally becomes 5,220,000t a year!
The food loss quantity of Japanese people per person is about 41 kg in one year
This becomes the quantity that is near that a 1 attitude of Japanese people throws away rice for one cup of bowl every day.
As the disposal rate that the disposal rate at the home included 47%, a business process in affiliated with corporation becomes 53%
It prevents you from buying the quantity that you cannot eat in supermarkets, and it is important to devise,
It is necessary to work to get rid of food loss including suppliers selling it.

Conclusion
