How are you doing today?
さて、先日、また夫婦揃って髪を切りに行きました。
（基本、我が家はAndyっちが「そろそろ髪切りたい。」と言い出して、Hit-chanがそれに乗っかるというスタイルです。笑）
So, Andy and I went to get a haircut the other day.
(Between us, Andy first says, "I kind of wanna get a haircut soon." and I say, "Sure!" most of the time. Haha)
今回もお友達のミカちゃんに切ってもらいました。
Of course, we went to this salon where our friend, Mika-chan, worked.
まずはHit-chanから。
From me this time.
コロナが少し落ち着いたタイミングに一度切ってもらったんですが、こんな感じでその後伸ばし放題。
（昔は髪の量がめちゃくちゃ多かったんですが、めいを産んだ後に抜けてから、かなり少なくなってしまいました。）
I once got a haircut when the pandemic once seemed to be calm down, but since then I'd just let it grow.
(I used to have a big volume of hair before, but once I lost a lot in the postpartum, I haven't got much back yet.)
面倒くさがりなHit-chan。基本的に髪型を決める時には、「お手入れが楽なやつ。」を基準にしており、前回は、「短く切ってしまったら、また少し伸びたら切らないといけないし、とりあえず伸ばしておこう。」と、そんな理由であまり切りませんでした。
Maybe you already know this, but I'm basically fond of being lazy whenever I have a chance. So, one of the top priorities for my hair style is "Easy maintenance" and "If I'd make my hair short now, that means I'll have to come and cut it again sooner, so why don't I just let it grow for now?" I asked Mika-chan just to trim the end of my hair on the last appointment.
が、長い髪生活をしばらく続けていく中、「うーん、髪の毛洗ったり乾かしたりするのが面倒くさい！」
と感じるようになって、今回は前にずーっとしていた短めのスタイルにしてもらうようにお願いしました。
Though, through living days with a long hair for a while, "Mmm..., it's so much work to wash and dry this long hair!!' I ended up wanting to cut my hair short again, which I used to do all the time before.
ただ、前にやっていた定番のスタイルから少し新しい事にチャレンジしてみようと思って、今回は左右非対称（アシンメトリー）のスタイルにしてもらいました。
This time, I kind of wanted to do something different from my usual short hair style and came up with an idea making it asymmetry.
この日のちょっと前にミカちゃんと電話で話す機会があって、「今度切ってもらう時、アシンメトリー、どうやろう？」と聞いてみたら、「良いじゃん！」と言ってくれたんです。
A week before my appointment, I happened to have a chance to talk to Mika-chan on the phone and asked her, "What about doing an asymmetry style on the next appointment?" and her answer was, "Yeah! That'd be nice!"
ただ、Hit-chanの一番の心配である、「お手入れとか大変じゃないかな？」と聞いた時は、「いや、全然大丈夫よ。笑」と笑われてしまいました。多分、「この人、どんだけ面倒くさがりなんや。」って思ったんやろうね。（爆）
Though, you know, my biggest concern was, "Is it easy to be taken care of??" and I asked about it to Mika-chan. "Oh, no worry! It should be fine. Haha" she said and laughed. She probably thought, "How much does she wanna have a lazy life??" LOL
そんなミカちゃんからのお墨付きももらい、今回初挑戦したアシンメトリースタイルはこちら。
Anyways, here's my new asymmetry style!

Ta-da!!
左に比べて、右が少し長めです。
The left side is a little shorter than the right side.
いや、ミカちゃん、マジ神ですな。めちゃくちゃ素晴らしい出来上がりになりました。
Oh dear Mika-chan, you're such a talented stylist! The new style turned out to be awesome on me!
髪を切ってもう1ヶ月くらい経つと思うのですが、髪を洗って乾かす時間もめちゃくちゃ短くなったし、肝心のセットもミカちゃんにやってもらったレベルは無理でも、ブラシで少し梳かすだけで人前に出ても恥ずかしくないくらいの見た目になってくれます。
It's been a month or so since I got the haircut, but the time to wash and dry my hair has been much shorter! Plus, the setting is not that hard. I can't do the same quality as Mika-chan did for me, but I still make it look decent by brushing it a couple of times. (Yay!)
Andyっちもとっても気に入ってくれて、今回もミカちゃん様様でした。（ありがとね！）
Andy also loves my new style, and I just thank my very talented friend. (Thank you!)
さて、Hit-chanの後はAndyっちの番。
Okay, now it's Andy's turn.
前日から、「明日ミカちゃんに切ってもらえるの、めっちゃ待ち遠しい！」と言っていたAndyっち。
"I'm very looking forward to getting a haircut tomorrow!" he was saying and so excited on the day before.
Andyっちは会社に行くから、やっぱりそれなりの身だしなみは必要だもんね。
Even in this pandemic, Andy still needs to go in the office a couple of days a week, so should take care of his hair well enough.
ダディが切ってもらっている間。。。
While Daddy's getting a haircut...,
めいは近くで酒盛りならぬ、菓子盛り。(笑)
May-chan was having a drink, oh no, snack party. Hehe.
黄色い容器に入っているスナックなんですが、ハイハイしていた時から食べてるもので、未だに食べてくれるので、こういった長時間待ってもらう時にあげるのにめちゃくちゃ役に立っています。
（低カロリーで、味も薄いし、結構な量を食べても大丈夫だから。）
The snack in the yellow container is something that May-chan started eating from when she was crawling. She still likes them, and it's perfect for the time when we have her wait and be quiet for a long time like this occasion.
(They're low calories and light flavored, so I don't have to worry even if she eats them a lot.)
で、Andyっちの髪型完成。
Okay, Andy's refreshed too.
後ろはこんな感じ。スッキリしたね！
The back is like this. Clean and nice!
と、今回も夫婦共々ミカちゃんに素敵なスタイルに仕上げてもらい大満足でございました！
