最近社員から
建物解体時のアスベストの法律が変わった
って話を聞きました。
まぁ変わったのであれば対応するだけですが
しかし毎年ガンガン法律が新しく出来たり
改正される今の時代
人間の能力を遥かに超えてますよね。
どうすれば良いんでしょうね
まぁ道は一つですね
必要な法律だけ頭に入れて
残りの無数の自分に関係ない法律は無視する
これ以外に生きる道はありません。
しかし無関係と言っても
犯罪捜査になると警察は
そんな物を引き出して来て逮捕
これも良く行われます。
オウム真理教の時には
建造物不法侵入で信者をどんどん拘束しまくってましたね。
内容を見ると
許可なくマンションの駐車場に入った
とかなんとかその程度の話でした。
その時に思いました。
これで逮捕されるのであれば
不動産屋は皆逮捕される
と
空家に営業をかける訳ですから
マンションの郵便箱を見て調査
なんてのは普通の業務の一環です。
まぁ実際には犯罪に関わってなければ
警察もその程度で動く事はありませんから
心配ありませんが
ただ法律は普段は休眠状態でも
必要があればそれを起こして来て罰する
そんな側面もある
って事は理解するべきでしょうね。
で長年不動産屋をやって来て
法治国家の日本で無数にある法律
この中で生きるにはその法律の本質
これを意識するのとしないのでは
人生が大きく違う
これを体験的に理解しています。
まぁここで深入りして具体的に書く事はできません
理解が足りないと
私が違法行為を勧めてる
そう勘違いされます。
ですからざっくり言うと
この法律が溢れてる法治国家では
正直者がバカを見る事になる
そんなケースもたくさんあるって事です。
道路で制限速度の範囲内でばかり走れば
後ろに大渋滞が起きますし
先ほどの建造物風砲侵入にこだわっては
私たちの仕事は成り立ちません。
ですから
この時代に生きるには
法律の知識だけではだめです
それに加えて柔軟性
これを備えなければ
身動きが取れなくなる
これも事実です。
そして
その柔軟性を失う人たち
これも経験的に分かります。
過剰に知識を詰め込む傾向がある人です。
本来学ぶ事は良い事なんですが
これは弊害があって
詰め込んだ知識で頭は一杯になり
硬直するのです。
そして
柔軟性を失った知識は
人生の妨げになる
これも断言できます。
一言で表現すれば
知識を生かすためには
知恵も備わってなければ
逆に厳しい人生になる
って事です。
知識だけ生きられるのは
学校の先生だけ
そう思った方が良いでしょう。
何でもかんでも法律で社会が動くと勘違いしてる人
早く対応しないと
かなり厳しい人生が待ってますよ。
人間の社会は
心で出来てるのです。
法文なんて
人間の都合でいくらでも解釈が変わる
そんな危うい物です。
日本の憲法９条が一番良い例です。
脳には限りがあります。
知識でパンパンにならずに
余裕のある状態を目指しましょう。

I worked as a real estate agent for many years.
There are countless laws in Japan, a country ruled by law.
To live in this situation
To understand the essence of the law is affect your life greatly
I understand this from experience.

If you don't understand enough
You may think that I'm encouraging illegal activity.
So, roughly speaking
In a legal country full of laws,
Honest people will see fools
There are many such cases.
If you only drive within the speed limit on the road
There will be a big traffic jam behind you.

Therefore
To live in this era
Legal knowledge alone is not enough
If you don't have flexibility
You will be confined small space
The people who lose that flexibility
These are people who tend to overload their knowledge.
Learning is actually a good thing.
But it contain harmful aspect
Braine will be full of packed knowledge
And It becomes rigid.
After all
Knowledge that has lost its flexibility
Then fall in difficult life
It is common pattern
To express it in one word
Knowledge alone is not sufficient
It woks with wisdom
Only knowledge can live
only school teachers
You should think so.
People who mistakenly believe that society is run by law
A very difficult life awaits them
human society is made of human heart
The brain has a finite capacity.
Don't get overwhelmed with knowledge
