大学を卒業して不動産の世界に入り
もうすぐ４４年になります。
まさか当時はこんなに長くこの仕事をするとは思ってませんでしたが
いつの間にか普通であれば定年退職を迎え
年金を受給する年齢になりました。
先日新聞で知りましたが
４４年前と言えば
大貫さん騒動があった年だそうですね。
私にとっては最近の話ですが
このブログを読んでる人の中には
全く知らない人の方が多いんでしょうね。
どんな出来事だったかと言うと
大貫さんは廃品回収業者で
いつものようにゴミの集積場所を回り
お金になりそうな物を集めていたら
銀座で1億円の入った紙袋を拾った
って話でした。
警察に届けましたが
結局お持ち主が現れずに
その１億円は大貫さんの物になった
そんな出来事でした。
当時の１億円は今の１０億円位の感覚ですからね
そりゃ大騒ぎでした。
国民の好奇心と嫉妬で
視聴率を稼げるとみたマスコミは
大貫さんを追いかけ回して
まぁ気の毒でもありました。
おっと脇道にそれてしまいましたね。
今日は
私が４４年間の不動産の生活で得た一番価値のある物
って話です。
一口で言えば簡単です
社会は労働者で成り立ってる事が分かった
それだけの話です
何だそんな当たり前の話・・・
ってガッカリした人
たくさんいますよね。
でもそこで終わらないでくださいね。
これには深い意味がある
私が一番の宝だと言うのはその事に気づいた
って話です。
何でそんな話が重要なの？
って言うと
労働者で社会が成り立ってるのは間違いありませんが
今の時代は
その労働から解放される
これを目的に生きるようになったのです。
そして
その目的に向かって
あるいは個人もまっしぐら
って風に見えます。
政治は長く
定年退職したら年金で暮らす
これが政策の柱です。
そしてその年金がその目的を達成できそうにない
って事になったら
今度は国民に投資を勧めます
新NISAってのはその流れの上にあるのです。
が
これが社会全体から見れば大きな矛盾
って事になります。
つまり
社会は労働者が必要なのに
投資で働かなくても良いだけのお金を手にしなさい
って話です。
この矛盾に気づけば
金融投資であれ不動産投資であれ
そこには労働力を失わない仕組みも隠されてる
ってのが分かります。
つまり
投資で儲かる人と
逆に投資で富を失う人
この構造は確実に存在しますから
成功した人は労働から解放されるかもしれませんが
失敗した人は
労働者に戻るのです。
これがあって社会は健全に回るのです。
不動産投資では
成功すれば不動産収入で生活できる
これは間違いありません
実際私たちの家主はそんな人だらけです。
ところが
そこにも
労働力を確保するための装置は存在します。
不動産投資と言っても
永遠にお金を生む訳ではありません
賃貸住宅であれば
時間の経過と共に
修繕費や空室問題が出てきます。
そうなった時に
遊んで暮らす生活が崩れるのです
で
また働くようになる
これも私たちが良く目にする光景です。
そんな訳で
政治が煽る投資
これは必ず失敗する人達がいて
その事によって労働力が確保される
こんな実態があるって事です。
まぁここまでであれば
知ってるよその程度の話は
って言う人がいるかも知れませんね。
私が長年の不動産業界の生活で感じるのは
投資で成功した人たちが
必ずしも成功者とはいえないし
また失敗した人が
必ずしも失敗者とは言えない
って話です。
理由は
成功すれば労働から解放されますが
社会からは遠ざかります。
まぁ他の人は働いてるのに
自分は遊んで暮らす訳ですからね
いくらお金はあっても付き合える人は限られます。
それと
その富を守るにはどうして排他的になりますからね
その意味でも人との接触は限られるのです。
ところが
働かなければ生きていけない人は
会社に行けばたくさんの同僚がいますし
営業であればたくさんの顧客とも接します。
これによって
変化する社会から取り残される事はありません。
そして精神も健全に保たれます。
ところが働かなくても暮らせる人たち
その弊害は大きくて
高い確率で人格が劣化していきます。
これ
私はたくさんの不動産投資家を見て来たから断言できます。
若い頃は皆さんそれなりに優秀ですから
成功した訳ですが
加齢と共に社会との隔離が長くなると
明らかに人格が悪化する
そんな人たちがたくさんいるのです。
で私は今
労働から解放されると言う事は
社会全体として見れば
不要な人間って事になりますから
見えない力によって
排除される
なんとなく感じています。
ですから
例え働く必要が無い
そんな環境にあっても
やっぱり出来るだけ働く方が良い
私は今はそんな考えです。
働かなければ
人格が劣化する
家主の皆さん方には
頭に入れて欲しいと思っています。
そうは言っても莫大なお金があっても働くって事は
他の人の労働の機会を奪うって事でもありますよね。
ですから矛盾するようですが
そんな人は働かない方が社会のためには良い
そんな理屈も成り立ちます。
ですから働かないのは構わないのですが
そのためには人格の劣化防止
この備えも大切です。
どうすれば良いでしょうか？
簡単です
働かない事に罪悪感を持つ事です。
そうすれば自ずから謙虚になりますし
人格者として人も寄って来ます。
だめなのはお金があるからと言って
それで人を見下す事です。
傲慢になり高圧的になり
どうしようも無くなります。
そんな人が周りにたくさんいますが
直接は言えませんからね
ブログで書いてるのです。
日本の高齢化と共に
残念ながら長年のお付き合いに終止符を打つ事になる
そんな家主さんが本当に多くなっています。
沖縄では誰でも知ってる民謡に
汗水節
ってのがあります。
これは私たちの町の先輩が作ったので
子供の頃から良く知っています。
ただ
若い頃はこれ
古臭い労働讃歌って事で
大嫌いでしたね。
ところが今は
この歌には大きな意味がある
そう思える歳になりました。
夜な夜なサンシン片手に
一人で良く歌っています。

But recently living purpose changed in Japan

Government made pension system

But even though government target was to ensure all people can live without labor after retirement
It become obvious that it is impossible
Then they began to encourage people to invest
The new NISA is based on that trend.
but
This is a big contradiction from the perspective of society as a whole.
society needs workers
but they are thinking get enough money to invest without having to work
If you notice this contradiction
Whether it's financial investment or real estate investment.
There is also a hidden mechanism to ensure that the workforce is not lost.
In other words
With people who can make money by investing
On the other hand, people who lose wealth by investing
This structure definitely exists
Successful people may be freed from work, but

Go back to being a worker.
This is what makes society healthy.
In real estate investment
If successful, you can live on real estate income.

But I want to say today is little farther
What I feel after many years in the real estate industry is
People who have succeeded in investing
Not necessarily a successful person
And vice versa
Another person who failed
Not necessarily a failure
That's the story.
Reason is
If you succeed, you will be freed from work.
And it makes you stay away from society.
Well, because other people are working.
No matter how much money you have,
there are quite few people you can exchange
And also
you have to be exclusive to protect that wealth?
In this sense, contact with people is limited.
However
People who cannot live without working
When they go to work, there are a lot of colleagues.
In sales, you will come into contact with many customers.
by this
Never be left behind in a changing society.
It makes your mind healthy.
However, there are people who can live without working.
The harm is great
There is a high probability that your personality will deteriorate.
I can confirm this because I have met many real estate investors.
Everyone was talented in their own way when they were young.
Although it was successful
It lead them isolation
And obviously personality deteriorates
There are many such people.
What does it mean to be freed from labor?
Looking at society as a whole
You become an unnecessary person.
by an invisible force
be excluded
I feel it somehow.
Therefore
Even if you don't have to work
Even in such an environment
After all, it's better to work as much as possible
