人の心を扱う仕事は
言葉によって人は動く
これは良く知っています。
ではその言葉
偉人の立派な言葉だけたくさん覚えれば良いのか？
って言うとそうではありません。
私はむしろそんな言葉は逆効果
そう感じる事が良くあります。
人は言葉で動きますが
では言葉だけで動くか？
って言うとそうではありません。
その言葉を裏付ける行動が伴って初めて人を動かす事ができる
これが私の信念です。
逆に行動の裏付けのない言葉は
発すれば発するほど軽く見られる
こんな傾向があります。
だから立派な言葉を発する時には
まず自分を見て
その資格があるのかどうか？
良く確認した方が良いですね。
それをしないから
政治家の皆さんは
たくさん転落していくのです。
安倍派の幹部の皆さんも
どうやら自民党から追い出される
そんな空気になりましたが
これも実際には政治金規制法に記載義務違反
なんて形式犯なのに
そこまで行くのは
発する言葉とやってる事のギャップ
これが国民の怒りを買うからです。
ですから
自分の行動に見合わない立派な言葉は
ある意味爆弾を抱える事になる
それが人間です。
ただ人の上に立てば
どうしても立派な言葉を発する必要があります。
例えば校長先生ともなれば
毎週朝礼台の上でそんな事を語ってるでしょうから
万一その言葉に見合わない行動がバレれば
長年の努力が全て吹っ飛ぶ事になります。
特に盗撮のような破廉恥行為は
マスコミで晒され
PTAで晒され
とても厳しい結果になります。
だからいつも思うのです
そんな立場に上がる前に
自分を見つめた方が良い
と
私自身は煩悩の塊ですからね
とても聖職と呼ばれる仕事は無理です。
零細企業が天職
そう思っています。
ただ
零細企業の経営であっても
社員を動かすには
言葉を発する事になりますからね
レベルの低い言葉だけ言う訳にも行きませんから
立派な言葉
この力に頼る事があります。
しかし
口に出したら最後
それに行動も合わせる事になります。
思えば
自分の会社経営はその繰り返しでしたね。
そして気が付けば
いつの間にか修行僧のような禁欲生活でがんじからめ
これで人生を終える
そんな先も見えて来ました。
ですから
思う訳です
これから起業しようと思ってる人たち
自分の欲望を満足させる
そんな気持ちが強ければ止めた方が良いですよ
って
人を使うと言う事は
自分の欲望はほとんど満たされる事はありません。
その理解が大切です。
